Anthropic & Infosys: Agents Enter Telecom

On February 17, 2026, Anthropic and Indian giant Infosys announced a partnership. The goal is to deploy "agentic AI" (Claude) in telecommunications and industry via the Topaz platform.

This goes beyond support chatbots. New agents will autonomously manage network traffic, optimize supply chains, and resolve technical glitches. For Anthropic, this is access to a massive corporate market where accuracy and safety matter more than chattiness.
