Aon and DataRobot: Agentic AI Comes to HR

On January 26, 2026, Aon announced a collaboration with DataRobot to automate HR processes. The use of "Agentic AI" allows delegating complex employee onboarding tasks, which previously required human intervention, to algorithms.

Unlike simple chatbots, these agents can independently execute chains of actions within corporate systems. This is a step towards the "autonomous office," where routine personnel tasks are solved without HR managers, freeing them for strategic work.
