ASUS Unveils 2026 AI-Powered Commercial Portfolio at CES

At CES on January 7, 2026, ASUS unveiled an updated lineup of commercial devices fully focused on local artificial intelligence. The flagship is the ExpertBook Ultra laptop, equipped with next-generation neural processors, but the main news was the launch of the MyExpert AI software platform. This enterprise solution allows companies to deploy their own Small Language Models (SLMs) directly on employee devices.

ASUS strategy aims to solve the main enterprise pain point—data security. Moving computations from the cloud to the edge (Edge AI) ensures that confidential information does not leave the laptop perimeter. Analysts note that ASUS is trying to occupy the niche of a "secure AI hardware" provider for education and business, competing with Dell and Lenovo not only on specs but also with specialized software.
