Crisis of Adaptation: AI Transforms Marketing Faster Than Corporations Can Adjust
The industry has hit a structural paradox: algorithms are getting smarter faster than businesses can digest them. On June 15, 2026, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) released an alarming study. A survey of global brand CMOs showed that while artificial intelligence is radically transforming marketing, corporate functions and staffing structures are hopelessly lagging behind these changes.

Synchronously with this release, LTM launched `BlueVerse for iRun`—an AI-native managed services platform tailored for Agentic AI. These two events illustrate the breakdown of the old B2B market paradigm. Traditional IT departments and marketing teams (with their linear division of labor) are becoming inefficient. The solution is a transition from disjointed SaaS tools to delegating business processes to autonomous agents (an outcome-driven model). Corporations will either have to completely rebuild their management architecture, firing middle managers in favor of algorithms, or lose to more agile AI-native competitors.
