Autonomous Edge AI: Ceva NeuPro-Nano Wins Award at Embedded World

On March 12, 2026, at the Embedded World exhibition in Nuremberg, the focus shifted from giant data centers to microchips. The main AI award was taken by the NeuPro-Nano NPU (Neural Processing Unit) from Ceva Inc.

This is a major technical victory for the IoT market. While hyperscalers burn gigawatts of energy, the NeuPro-Nano allows inference (output) of lightweight neural networks directly on the edge device (smart cameras, machine sensors, wearables) with ultra-low power consumption.
