The creation of megaclusters of 10,000 and 100,000+ accelerators, independent of American technologies, is planned. For the global AI market, this means a final schism. The Asian circuit is shifting to full hardware self-sufficiency, and Western hyperscalers will have to compete with a state-subsidized Chinese monopoly backed by unlimited CAPEX and cheap energy.
