Foxconn Q3 2025 Revenue Smashes Record on AI Demand but Misses Forecast

Taiwanese company Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry) on October 5, 2025 reported record third-quarter revenue — T$2.057 trillion (≈ $67.71 billion), marking roughly 11 % year-on-year growth. In its statement the company said that the primary driver was strong demand for AI products, especially in its cloud & networking division. However, the result came in slightly below analyst consensus (T$2.134 trillion), which the company attributes primarily to the Taiwanese dollar’s 8 % appreciation and weakness in the consumer electronics segment. It also noted that its smart electronics business underperformed, in part due to currency effects. Foxconn expects growth to continue into Q4 driven by rising AI server shipments and seasonal demand, but cautioned that global economic conditions and exchange rate volatility would require close monitoring.
