The centerpiece is the `Atlas 960 SuperPoD` computing cluster, powered by the newly announced Ascend 960DT and 960PR chips. To connect thousands of processors, Huawei uses its proprietary UnifiedBus, completely replacing Western networking standards. Over 370 corporate clients have already received more than 1,000 such systems. For macroeconomics, this is a tectonic shift: China has transitioned to total self-sufficiency in training frontier models (AI Training). Beijing no longer needs smuggled American GPUs. Asian Big Tech has created a parallel infrastructural universe, invulnerable to Western compliance and sanctions.
