Army of AI Operators: India Launches 10M-Person State Program and AI Defense in Delhi

Demographics are becoming a key factor in the global algorithmic race. On August 15, 2026, the Indian government announced a national state program to provide specialized AI training for 10 million (1 crore) young professionals. The goal is to ensure New Delhi's dominance in the global B2B market.

While the US and China build gigawatt data centers, India is betting on manpower, planning to become a global outsourcing hub for servicing and fine-tuning foreign Agentic networks. Simultaneously, the state is demonstrating the strict integration of AI into law enforcement: to ensure security on Independence Day, a system of 1,000 smart cameras with predictive video analytics was deployed in Delhi. This macroeconomic shift proves that emerging markets view generative AI not as a threat of unemployment, but as a tool for digital dictatorship and monopolizing the low-level intelligence labeling sector (RLHF).
