Jiangsu: The Core of Chinese AI Industrialization
A direct consequence of the new five-year plan became apparent as early as March 7, 2026: authorities in Jiangsu province reported on the accelerated AI industrialization of the region. Over 1,500 AI-specialized companies are registered in the local cluster.

A centralized economy shows its efficiency in infrastructure tasks. The provincial government aggressively subsidizes computing power for startups, compensating for the shortage of foreign hardware with local clusters. The vector has shifted to the "AI+" initiative: priority is given not to chatbots for entertainment, but to predictive analytics in logistics, assembly line management, and smart transport. Jiangsu is becoming a testing ground where neural networks are physically integrated into Industry 4.0, turning software into a real advantage in the global manufacturing market.
