Nokia introduced an updated portfolio for AI data centers on November 13, 2025, designed for high-performance workloads. According to the press release, the company launched new 7220 IXR switches, achieving throughput up to 102.4 Tbps and equipped with 1.6 TbE ports. These solutions are optimized for high-density GPU farms and scaling training clusters. Nokia also updated its AIOps tools for automating and simplifying network operations, reducing latency, and improving energy efficiency in AI infrastructure.
