The company's valuation has broken the $14.6 billion mark. Nscale's business model is pure "selling shovels during a gold rush." They build giant data centers, pack them with tensor accelerators, and lease computing power to AI startups that cannot afford their own CAPEX (capital expenditures). NVIDIA's participation in the round is a classic venture loop: the chipmaker invests in a provider who uses that same money to buy chips from NVIDIA. The compute market remains the industry's primary bottleneck.
