British AI infrastructure company Nscale announced a major agreement with Microsoft on October 15, 2025. Under the deal, Nscale will supply Microsoft with approximately 200,000 advanced Nvidia GPUs, which will be deployed in Microsofts data centers in Europe and the United States. According to Reuters, the financial terms were not disclosed, but analysts estimate the value of similar contracts to be up to $14 billion. A key detail is that the integration and deployment of this massive hardware fleet will be carried out in partnership with Dell Technologies. To support the project, Nscale will also significantly expand its operational capacity in Texas. This deal highlights Microsofts aggressive strategy to scale up computing power for its AI services and is further evidence of Nvidias dominant position in the chip market.
