End of Executors: INSEAD and NTT DATA Describe the New Corporate AI Era
The labor market is experiencing a fundamental paradigm shift. On April 2, NTT DATA Corporation, together with INSEAD business school, published a resonant study on skill transformation in the era of autonomous systems.

The main conclusion: generative AI has radically devalued the skill of "execution." Routine coding, text writing, and data collection are now fully delegated to agents. Human capital is shifting to the level of architecture, verification, and governance. Corporations are rapidly restructuring their organizational structures to accommodate hybrid human-AI teams. This means there is no longer room for junior executors in the enterprise; companies require "AI operators" capable of designing business logic and controlling neural network outputs, relying on observability systems (as recently warned by Gartner).
