Following yesterday's political theses, on April 6, OpenAI publicly released the full version of its policy document, "Industrial Policy for the Intelligence Age."

In the official release, Sam Altman's corporation formulates the rules for transitioning to a new social reality. The document’s main focus is not just social initiatives (like the robot tax), but strict recommendations for strengthening public and state institutions to ensure the equitable distribution of AI benefits. Essentially, OpenAI is acting not as an IT company, but as a think tank designing the economic tracks for the implementation of Artificial General Intelligence at the level of developed governments.
