Samsung HBM4: Fuel for AI Reactors Enters Mass Production

On February 12, 2026, Samsung Electronics officially began commercial shipments of HBM4 memory. This is a critical component for next-generation AI accelerators (Nvidia, AMD).

HBM4 doubles bandwidth compared to its predecessors. For the industry, this means removing the main bottleneck in training large models. Now, computing speed is limited not by memory, but only by chip architecture.
