Mobilization of Small Business: Korea Mass-Trains 25,000 Enterprises in AI
As part of the approved AI strategy, South Korea has begun an unprecedented grassroots integration project. On March 29, 2026, the Ministry of Employment and Labor (HRD Korea) launched a nationwide network for the implementation of AI in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

30 specialized centers have opened across the country, where a pool of 500 technical specialists will conduct infrastructure audits and practical training for 25,000 companies. The government understands: the macroeconomic effect of AI is unattainable if neural networks only operate within Big Tech data centers. This is a brilliant infrastructural move. Korea is subsidizing the training of entrepreneurs in basic agentic systems and predictive analytics, forming a colossal domestic demand for SaaS products and reducing the technological stratification that the head of BlackRock warned about a few days earlier.
