xTool Announces AImake: An AI Crafting Agent for Creative Manufacturing at CES
Ahead of CES 2026, on January 3–4, xTool introduced AImake—an innovative "AI crafting agent." According to the official press release, the solution is integrated into the xTool Studio ecosystem and designed to automatically convert user ideas (text prompts) into production-ready vector files and G-codes. This represents a fundamental shift from image generation to physical object generation.

AImake addresses the main bottleneck in amateur and semi-professional manufacturing—the complexity of preparing layouts for laser cutters and engravers. The agent can not only create designs but also optimize cutting parameters for specific materials. Experts note this is the first step toward "agentic manufacturing" at the desktop level, where the human role is reduced to ideation, while the algorithm handles technical execution.
