Graphs and Vectors: Arango Brings Contextual Data Platform 4.0 to GTC

Ahead of the official releases at the NVIDIA GTC conference (scheduled for March 17), ArangoDB revealed its cards by announcing the Contextual Data Platform 4.0.

Autonomous AI agents suffocate without reliable context. Standard vector search often returns relevant words but loses the logical connections between objects. Arango solves this problem at the infrastructure level (data layer) by combining a graph database with vector search (Graph+Vector RAG). This allows production agents not just to find similar documents, but to understand the enterprise's data hierarchy. Such a hybrid approach is critical for enterprise deployments, where a bot hallucinating based on a vector taken out of context could cost a business millions.
