Export Expansion: US to Finance Global Promotion of American AI
Artificial intelligence has officially become a tool of state geopolitics. On May 21, 2026, the US Export-Import Bank (EXIM), with backing from the White House, announced the launch of the `American AI Exports Program`.

The program involves allocating billions of dollars to subsidize the export of American AI technologies to global markets. In the face of intense confrontation with China, Washington is not only banning the sale of top-tier chips (export controls) but is also actively paying to ensure other countries integrate models from the US (from OpenAI to Google) into their infrastructures. Neural networks have been equated to strategic exports on the level of nuclear power or aviation. The EXIM initiative guarantees that the technological sovereignty of "non-aligned" countries (Asia, Latin America) will be built on the foundation of American software code and silicon.
